This hula hoop is lighter weight (8 to 11 oz depending on hoop size) yet durable and is built to withstand hard play. We hand craft this hoop and leave it bare with no frills or added tape for a minimalist design making it ideal for practicing on and off body hoop tricks. Please note, if you have never been able to hoop successfully or are brand new to hooping, this hoop likely will NOT be the right fit for you since this is more geared towards speed and dance. This hula hoop has also become popular for larger DIY hoop wreaths projects and dog agility.
